4. Train Travel & Third-Party Services

TrainFunApp helps you connect with fellow travelers. Actual train tickets, reservations, and onboard services are governed by the terms of the relevant rail operator and third-party providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide, or use it to violate any law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for train cancellations, delays, or onboard incidents.
